Dublin University Hockey Club has deep traditions being the oldest club in Ireland. Allied to this is the importance of the club’s Alumni, the former members who have made the club such an interesting and successful entity. Many international players, both past and present, have passed through. Our aim for the future is to make a significant contribution to the development of talented club and school players, through employing top coaches to tutor players in tactical and technical skills. The club’s alumni can be seen as testament to the creation of not only great players but also important social members and top administrators in other club’s around Dublin and beyond. We hope to keep our links with the past alive, the Annual Coulson Cup being the highlight of the calendar when the current side take on a Three Rock President’s XI containing many former members.
